1. Additions To The Agenda (if any): In accordance with
Sect. 54954.2 (b), (2) of the Gov *t
Code (Brown Act) two-thirds vote is required for action items. (Upon
determination by two-thirds vote of the legislative body, or, if less than
two-thirds of the members are present, unanimous vote of those members
present, that the need to take action arose after the Agenda was posted).
2. The public may examine exhibits to the agenda at MBFPD
office, 8041 Highway. 89, Meeks Bay, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12
noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Agenda items may not be taken in order stated.
