The ResQ Disc looks like a fat orange frisbee wearing a belt and is used for water rescue. Attached to it is 100' of rope, hooked to a belt. You attach the belt to your waist, and throw the frisbee to the person in the water needing assistance. The disc releases its rope as it sails through the air and once it lands in the water, becomes a flotation device while you pull the person to safety. Simple?--you bet!
